Hey , it’s mwah !
I am Azola Poswa , currently a second year student at Silwood School of Cookery.
I’ve always loved being in the kitchen and the atmosphere around food - hence I started my culinary journey in Cape Town. Creativity and baking is my vibe but still open to exploring!
Even though this is a school requirement,I’d love to look back and see how far I’ve come and things I’ve achieved this year.
Now that I have somewhat of audience,I’d like to share my knowledge and experiences in the finest kitchens of South Africa. I’ll be placed in a total of five kitchen throughout the year and hoping it will broaden my culinary knowledge.
